Scope Group's dynamic People & Organisation team is looking for a creative and curious intern to support the ins and outs of the world of recruitment and development. You will be able to gain valuable work experience in an international working environment. Duties & responsibilities
- Assist with active sourcing, assessing and match talents for Scope to defined profiles and specific open requisitions across assigned Business Units
- Support the deployment and organization of the development & training strategy for all functions within the organization
- Help maintain the recruiting-cycle, including job posting, interview coordination and shortlisting of potential candidates
- Engage with hiring managers in the recruitment process for both interns and full-time employees
- Independently research various recruiting, development, and employer branding topics
- Support team members on an ad hoc basis with administration requests
Professional & personal qualifications
- Completed or ongoing studies of HR, Business, finance, economics, or similar degree program.
- First experience in recruiting or development topics is preferred
- Ability to cope in a changing and demanding environment
- Dynamic personality with high assertiveness
- Strong communication skills, excellent relationship building skills and eagerness to succeed
- A creative thinker and someone who can support the continuous development of recruiting strategies
- Fluency in English is required. Language skills in another European language (in particular German) is a plus
