Duties & responsibilities

Immersing graduates in the credit-rating process

  • Rotation through teams: Hands-on experience with analytical teams
    • Track 1: Fundamental Ratings Group: sovereign, corporate, financial institutions
    • Track 2: Transaction Analytics & Quantative: structured finance, project finance, covered bonds, quantitative analytics & modelling
  • Credit projects: Work with senior analysts on multiple sectors and asset classes through rating committees, rating/research reports, cross-sector projects
  • Training & workshops: Gain skills in rating methodologies, research, report writing plus insights into ESG and regulation
  • Capstone project: Showcase your expertise, achievements in a final project in your specialisation

Professional & personal qualifications

  • Master’s degree (recent graduate or final-year student) in Economics, Finance, Econometrics, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience with economic, financial, or accounting data analysis (programming skills are a plus for Track 2)
  • Strong analytical thinking, the ability to work independently, and a solution-driven mindset
  • Eagerness to learn and thrive in a stimulating, high-performance environment
  • Excellent English skills (our working language) another European language is an asset
  • Previous work or internship experience in related fields is a plus
