Associate - Business Management Ratings Operations

Summary

Scope is actively seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Operations Business Manager to join its Credit Rating Operations Team. As the ideal candidate, you should be able to manage the daily operational workflows of a Credit Rating Agency seamlessly. This role has a strong emphasis on supporting the publication processes for ratings in our CMS system and other essential daily operational tasks. You will also be responsible for coordinating and delivering assigned projects efficiently.
In this role, you will leverage your exceptional personal and technical skills along with your operational expertise gained from previous experience. You will play a vital role in Scope's journey towards developing a digital and data-driven Rating platform. Duties & responsibilities

  • Coordination of publication processes for ratings.
  • Data management to support rating teams with rating assignment processes
  • Support data analysis & maintenance of databases
  • Coordination of ratings from operational review to release
  • Management or contribution of projects and related requirements
  • KPI reporting
  • Ad-hoc task management 

Professional & personal qualifications

  • Academic background in finance, banking, economics, statistics, or an equivalent qualification
  • Excellent command of MS Office, particularly in Excel, Word and Outlook. Power BI is a plus
  • Good understanding of financial markets with a focus of fixed income
  • Analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills; experience with Bloomberg data or Refinitiv is a plus.
  • Proven success in daily operations and related projects or processes; track record of operational experience is a plus.
  • You are highly detail-oriented 
  • You are innovative and independent thinking as well as have an autonomous, structured, and goal-orientated way of working
  • We are looking for a strong team player who is confident and has excellent social and communication skills to work in an international environment
  • Fluency in English

The compensation range disclosed may encompass multiple title levels (Scope internal levels of seniority). Your actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including but not limited to your individual experience, education, and seniority, and the final salary will be determined during the interview and evaluation process.

Pay Band:  Associate - Business Management
Minimum:  68,400.00 PLN
Maximum:  92,400.00 PLN

Bonus: Discretionary
