Associate - New Issuance Management

Summary

Scope is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented and results-driven Operations Business Manager to join its Credit Rating Operations Team. In this role you will be responsible for managing the daily operational workflows, coordinating publication processes for ratings in our CMS system and efficiently realizing assigned projects. Your strong communication and technical skills will play a big part in driving digitalisation initiatives and developing new control frameworks within the Credit Rating Operations department. Duties & responsibilities

  • Coordination of publication processes for ratings and research
  • Workflow monitoring and prioritisation
  • Data management to support analytical teams with rating assignment processes
  • Support data analysis & maintenance of databases
  • Coordination of ratings from operational review to release
  • Managing and contributing to assigned projects
  • KPI reporting
  • Ad-hoc task management

Professional & personal qualifications

  • Academic background in finance, banking, economics, statistics, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent command of MS Office, particularly in Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Good understanding of financial markets with a primary focus on fixed income.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with Bloomberg data or Refinitiv is a plus.
  • Proven success in daily operations and related projects or processes; track record of operational experience is a plus.
  • You are innovative and independent thinking as well as have an autonomous, structured, and goal-orientated way of working.
  • We are looking for a strong team player who is confident and has excellent social and communication skills to work in an international environment.
  • Fluency in English.
