Infrastructure & Enterprise Applications Engineer

Summary

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure and Enterprise Application Engineer to join our Technology Operations team. This role is responsible for the design, management, and maintenance of the Group’s technology infrastructure, including Azure Cloud and Microsoft 365, as well as a portfolio of enterprise business applications with a focus on ERP and CRM solutions (e.g., Dynamics 365 Business Central, DocuSign). Working closely with business stakeholders, the role ensures the delivery of scalable, secure, and business-aligned technology solutions while supporting effective communication, coordination, and execution of operational and strategic objectives.

Duties & responsibilities

  • Enterprise Application architecture and ownership to ensure the availability, reliability, performance, and stability of business-critical applications.
  • Lead Enterprise Applications integrations with other business critical systems.
  • Design, maintain and document interfaces, middleware connections, and workflow automation solutions, ensuring enterprise applications comply with security standards and internal governance policies.
  • Experience with administering Microsoft 365 in enterprise environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, and other admin centers.
  • Involved in Dynamics 365 Business Center with external development teams, to meet the evolving needs of the organization. Involved in troubleshooting and incident resolution related to Dynamics 365 usage.
  • Azure Cloud Design & Architecture, implement, and maintain scalable, secure Azure-based infrastructure solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
  • Administer and optimize core Azure services, including Compute, Storage, Networking, and Identity. Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity.
  • Implement and enforce security best practices (Zero Trust, least privilege, RBAC, PIM). Configure and manage security controls across Azure.
  • Networking & Connectivity, Design and maintain secure network architecture and implement network security control.
  • Design Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans, regularly test failover and recovery processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (DORA, GDPR, internal ICT risk policies)
  • Establishing IT processes & procedures and enforcing regulatory requirement controls.
  • Act as the primary IT interface between Technology Operations and other corporate departments, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with subject-matter experts from various departments to understand their internal processes and translate them into solutions or features using the available options within the enterprise application.

Professional & personal qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience
  • Proven experience in Azure Infrastructure and Managing Enterprise applications, with a focus on Azure Cloud and Dynamics 365.
  • Strong agile project management skills.
  • Expert usage of Microsoft 365 platform, Microsoft SharePoint, Power Apps, Power BI.
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.
  • Excellent proficiency in documentation practices.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization.
  • Enthusiasm for acquiring new knowledge in emerging technologies and tools.
  • Knowledge of business applications such as SAP, DocuSign, Atlassian tools, Adobe Suite, SendGrid,etc is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); Fluent in German or other EU language is a plus

The compensation range disclosed may encompass multiple title levels (Scope internal levels of seniority). Your actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including but not limited to your individual experience, education, and seniority, and the final salary will be determined during the interview and evaluation process.

Pay Band:  SS - Infrastructure & Enterprise Applications Engineering
Minimum:  248,400.00 PLN
Maximum:  336,000.00 PLN
Pay Band:  AD - Infrastructure & Enterprise Applications Engineering
Minimum:  312,000.00 PLN
Maximum:  384,000.00 PLN
