Specialist - Recruiting & Development

Summary

Scope Group is looking for a proven and result-driven Recruiter & Development Specialist  for a fast-paced, rapidly challenging company. As a recruiting and Development Manager, you will be a part of the multi-functional team dedicated to building an employment brand through the recruitment process and talent development for all functions within our fulfilment operations, across all activities and echelons of leadership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering an unparalleled candidate and hiring experience for prospective team members, both external and internal, and attracting and keeping top talent, to join us on our growth trajectory to fulfill our mission. 

Duties & responsibilities

  • Perform for the entire recruitment process including: direct search through different channels, job posting, phone interviewing, job interviewing, regular communication with candidates and managers.
  • Find and engage relevant candidates through creative sourcing and search techniques 
  • Activate passive candidates using different sourcing channels (e.g. internet, social platforms, cold calling, networking at events)
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to drive a fast and efficient full-lifecycle interview process from sourcing through on-site interviewing, negotiating offers, closing candidates
  • Recommend and process improvements that impact recruiting effectiveness
  • Prioritize training resources and budget based on operational requirements
  • Manage the learning management system and support the creation of training content
  • Support the preparation of regulatory reportings related to training data
     

Professional & personal qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in a recruiting & development role, preferably at successful companies in Europe
  • Bachelor´s or master´s degree in business administration, human resources or related field
  • Good eye for talent with ability to quickly screen resumes identifying potential
  • Interview and assessment skills with ability to screen for both professional qualities and cultural fit
  • Ability to quickly establish and own trust-based relationships with relevant business communities
  • Likes challenges and is unintimidated by complex systems, processes and dependencies.
  • Takes initiative, makes decisions and maintains focus on goals to enable projects to be delivered on time and in budget
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and strong solutions focus
  • Fluency in English required
