Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Business Control Manager to join our credit rating agency's dynamic team, focusing on reinforcing controls by the first line of business. As a Business Control Manager, your primary responsibility will be the design, implementation and reinforcement of processes to enhance first line controls within our organization. Your role will play a crucial part in maintaining and improving the effectiveness of our operational procedures and entails a significant amount of coordination and project management.
Duties & responsibilities
- Process Implementation: Design, develop, implement, and oversee robust processes and procedures within the first line of business.
- Control Enhancement: Collaborate with the first line of business to identify control weaknesses and design solutions to strengthen controls effectively.
- Monitoring of company KPIs and outsourcing agreements KPIs
- Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for processes, procedures, and control enhancements, maintaining a clear and organized record of changes and updates.
- Project Management: Exhibit strong project management skills to drive initiatives related to control enhancement and process optimization, including the following specific projects:
- Coordination of Analyst Rotation: Oversee the coordination of analyst rotation within the first line of business, ensuring a smooth transition of responsibilities.
- Revision of regulatory disclosure and reporting procedures: take the lead in revising all regulatory disclosure and reporting procedures to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant regulations.
