Duties & responsibilities
Data & AI Use Cases
- Support the identification and assessment of data and AI use cases
- Contribute to pilot projects aimed at automating analytical processes in line with the existing AI Policy
- Test AI-powered applications for quality, transparency and user experience
- Support KPI tracking and performance measurement of AI initiatives
- Document outcomes, insights and best practices
Data Management & Transformation
- Carry out data quality reviews and validation checks
- Contribute to data models, metadata frameworks and business definitions
- Support the development of data products and semantic data structures
- Analyse and document data flows and process steps
- Assist with ETL and automation projects
Business & Fund Analysis
- Collaborate with fund analysts and product specialists
- Analyse market, fund and portfolio data
- Support research and product development initiatives
- Contribute to digital client solutions and platform offerings
AI Literacy & Responsible AI
- Apply modern AI tools in a regulated environment
- Support the development of responsible AI practices
- Contribute to training and knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Participate in data and AI workshops
Professional & personal qualifications
- A completed Master's degree in one of the following disciplines: Data Science, Business Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field
- An interest in capital markets, asset management and data analytics
- Initial experience in data analysis or programming
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- A proactive mindset and a strong willingness to learn
- Excellent English and German (min. C1) language skills; additional European languages would be an advantage
