As a People Business Partner in Paris, you will be responsible for your own specialist area, e.g. supporting international locations and processes such as payroll, compensation & benefits or company health management. As a successful People Business Partner, close, agile interaction with stakeholders within the organisation is of crucial importance.
Duties & responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the entire spectrum of operational People work in France or abroad
- You advise and support employees and managers on all People-related issues in France or abroad
- You actively design, optimize and professional implement People projects to foster effectiveness of collaboration and organizational effectiveness
- You support with personnel administration along the employee life cycle
- You adhere precedures and people policies according to French scheme, support with CSE, OHS and other external labor or social contribution matters
- You support the implementation of national and international People strategies, initiatives and procedures in all Scope companies in line with the overall business strategy and ensuring compliance with required legislation
Professional & personal qualifications
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience as a People Business Partner or Human Resources Manager
- You have Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, economics, HR or a comparable degree programme
- You own a strong knowledge of French and international labour and social security law as well as up-to-date knowledge of HR topics
- You are familiar with an HCM and databases and have a high level of prioritisation skills
- You perform strong communication and negotiation skills
- You have a very good knowledge of social security and tax law as well as good knowledge of labour law
- You demonstrate confidence to move flexibly in a dynamic, international environment with matrix structures
- You own strong MS Office skills
- You are fluent written and spoken French and English, additional language skills an advantage
