Sales Support & Process Digitalisation Specialist

Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and technology-oriented Sales Support & Process Digitalisation Specialist to strengthen our commercial support capabilities. This role combines traditional sales support responsibilities with a strong mandate to drive the digitalisation, automation, and continuous improvement of operational processes across the commercial organisation.

The position will play a key role in enhancing transparency, efficiency, scalability, and service quality within Sales Support, with a particular focus on travel management, workflow optimisation, data management, and process automation.

Duties & responsibilities

Sales Support

  • Provide digital process driven support to the sales teams.
  • Enable and support sales-related activities, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communications via a digital workflow
  • Support onboarding and ongoing operational needs of customers.
  • Assist with reporting, KPI tracking, and management information preparation.

Travel Management & Operational Coordination

  • Provide digital process driven European wide and international business for travel arrangements.
  • Digitalize travel requests, approvals, booking processes, and related documentation.
  • Structure travel providers, hotels, and external vendors to assure appropriate cost management
  • Monitor travel-related expenditures and support a digitalized compliance with company policies.
  • Enable process driven travel analytics and management reports.

Digitalisation & Process Improvement

  • Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation and optimisation.
  • Lead initiatives to digitalise manual and less integrated processes.
  • Design and implement scalable workflows using modern digital tools and platforms.
  • Develop automated reporting and dashboard solutions to improve transparency and decision-making.
  • Support the implementation and adoption of new technologies, systems, and process standards.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement.

Vendor & System Management

  • Support administration, service quality monitoring, and vendor performance reviews.
  • Ensure proper system utilisation and process compliance.
  • Contribute to the evaluation and implementation of new digital tools and solutions.

Professional & personal qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Economics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Sales Support, Operations, Business Administration, Process Management, or Project Coordination.
  • Experience with process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, ERP solutions, workflow automation tools, and reporting platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage.

The compensation range disclosed may encompass multiple title levels (Scope internal levels of seniority). Your actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including but not limited to your individual experience, education, and seniority, and the final salary will be determined during the interview and evaluation process.

Pay Band:  Senior Specialist - Business Management
Minimum:  92,400.00 PLN
Maximum:  135,000.00 PLN

Bonus: Discretionary
